I've been married a long while and I'm middle-aged but I still fancy the pants of my bloke. I think he's the bees knees - my girlfriends think I'm daft cos I talk about him a lot and always want to spend time with him and him with me - am I unusual ??

my partner makes me weak at the knees, and i still get excited when i know he is on his way home from work! We spend all our time together when he isnt at work and never ever get bored or run out of things to say!
My mum and dad have been married for 20 years and they are the same!
Dollie I love to hear this, there is just not enough of it around. We have been together for 12 years and we are the same. We love each other madly and want to be together all the time. Unfortunately I think it is quite unusual, but I also think that it is truly what everyone seeks, so just enjoy it and bask in your love. Bright blessings - Amara xx
We've been together since 1988, married since 1993, and we still phone each other up during the day, just to say hi, how are you, love you or something daft like that. He's the cream in my coffee, the feather in my cap, the jam in my doughnut. He's a pain in the bum sometimes, but so am I. We can live with that!
I do think you're unusual, Dollie, but we'd join your club of partner-fanciers! Way to go!
i fancy my husband even more now then when we got together. i know him better now and there is more for me to love. i look at him sometimes out of the corner of my eye and think you're bl00dy gorgeous!!!!. glad there are people out there who feel this way too. xXx
Hi Dollie, Hell yeah you're unusual but in a very very VERY positive way......

Like Amara said, it is an unusual thing, yet its what everyone seeks, even us fellas......Total attraction, trust, unity and contentment with someone you grow attatched and attracted to more as time goes on is surely what finding a partner is all about..... I've had with someone but suddenly lost it, and it still bothers me every single day cos I know exactly how hard its gonna be to find that again, and the truth is, I don't want it with anoyone else, I want it with her.

All I can say is cherish what you have and make sure you never do anything that could jeopardize (sp?) it, what you've got truly is special. Look after it Dollie cos ya really don't know what tomorrow's gonna hit ya with.......
my fiancee soon 2 be wife she is just yummy my love just grows more everyday were 2gether.
whenever we go 2 bed that last thing we say 2 eachother is love you. we wake up its the same. if were talking on the phone at the end of the conversation its love you. my heart has lost so many beats when im with her
mnko, the last line of your second post is beautiful. :)
No you are not daft , you have found your soulmate and so have I. Been married for 28 years and wouldn't change a day.
Perhaps they are jealous!

Thank you all for such lovely, encouraging comments. Love really does make the world go round and I do appreciate the relationship I'm in (I've had two failed marriages in the past so have sampled good and bad) love to you all - and keep on cuddling. And Mike - sorry to hear that you haven't been so lucky in your relationship. I hope things work out for you in the end. Doll xx
HI Dollie,

Hope you are well, I have been married to mrs sparx for 35 years in october, I love her as I always have, she is a very special lady, who has been through having Cancer, she is forever laughing, never moody, ans still got a lovely twinkle in her eye, her hair may be going grey, but she still looks as attractive as when we met and she was 16 then, Ray xx
Im on my 2nd marriage Dollie and middle aged. We've been together for 24 years this year and as the saying goes " You really appreciate a good marriage after a bad one". Mr Kay is my soulmate,we trust each other implicitly and love each other as much as the day we married,in fact our love had deepened over the years. We have our rows like any other couple but its great making up so NO you're not unusual. Kay.
been with my fella 25 yrs and love him to bits, despite him having a breakdown through loss of our business and most of our money ( very bad time in our marriage, me ready to go) but i love him so much and i know he loves me, nothing will ever part us(unless he had an affair) but that will never happen i know!
Hi Dollie, I have been with my husband since i was 17, i am now 41, we have two wonderful daughters and we are all so very close. He still tells me he loves me and says what a wonderful marriage we have and i absolutley love him to bits and i still fancy him and think he has the best arse around! I feel we have got what so many people haven't and i think the ones that don't understand just don't have it!!
