I've got another one. How about, under International Law (which is what ????) each time someone is killed in a conflict, the fighting stops and someone is prosecuted ? As long as someone can be blamed and punished, then all will be ok again, let fighting resume.

Let's send soldiers into the fray without guns, let's punish all our security forces each time they so much as cough. Let's bring down our own political structures all in the cause of political correctness.

This will leave loads more time for setting fire to our environment (for which nobody ever gets prosecuted)
