last night at about 9pm a group of about 8 20 somethings sat down cross legged around the phonebox at the end of my road then they all pulled blankets around them so their heads were covered and started swaying backwards and forwards and quietly chanting after 20 mins they got up and left answers on a postcard please...........

It could be Falun Gong, a quasi-religious group with its origins in China. I saw a similar event take place one night in Manchester, and was told that was what it was.

definately blankets or fleeces about the size of a one that would fit a childs bed, i saw them shake the fleeces open then put them over themselves
