Maybe she has a good friend who likes you but shes not meant to tell you so shes testing the water by seeing how youd react to someone liking you? so that then she can tell her friend and maybe her friend will let her tell you? (if that makes sence?)
I dont personally think shes be laughing at you. It could possibly be that she likes you though?
