fat free romantic meal

my bf has just left hospital having been told he has to stick to a fat free diet, I am looking for ideas for a romantic meal i can cook/ prepare to try and show him he can still enjoy his meals,

steamed veg
roast veg-no oil
chicken in foil with mushrooms, onions, and a splash of white wine-cook in the oven
pasta with tomato sauce using a tin of tomatoes, 6 fresh tomatoes, garlic, onions, basil and cook it all down
rice-place rice in a pan, cover with water, add stock cube, sliced onions and mushrooms
asparagus roasted-no oil
just a few suggestions, if i think of any more i will post again xx

My gf has a George Foreman grill it is excellent... some good things to cook are
Chicken
Roasted vegetables.
Fatijas (think thats spelt rite) you can buy a fat free version from asda (Knorrs i think) throw in 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper , 1 yellow pepper and some sliced onion... its delish! is he allowed no fat at all? BBQs are also good (apparently one of the healthiest ways to eat meat )because all the fat out of food leaves the food.
if he only has to avoid high fats here is a nice lil dessert for u
