What is happiness to you??

I have recently realised that I am currently at a really happy time in my life and have no major problems to speak of and wouldn't really want to change thing....and I just thought about this last night when I saw a lovely rainbow as I was driving home!!!

I am married to a great husband and have a fantastic son and we all love each other,......... we both have decent jobs that we like and are pretty much comfortable financially (a little pay rise wouldn't hurt though!!)......... We have an excellent family support unit and every one gets on (pretty much).........My whole family from grandparents down are all pretty healthy........... My sister is finally settled in a nice relationship (after years with a loser) and is now 5mths prgnant after years of being told she had little chance of concieving naturally!!

Is there anything that you would want to change to make your lives happier or are you pretty contented as you are??

Eugh!!.....LOL!! ........I know the rainbow bit sounds a bit Mills And Boon but the rest of the post is completely accurate!!!.It was just that I felt really good and happened to notice the rainbow on my way home - If I had of been feeling cr@ppy, the rainbow wouldn't have made any difference!! 8-P

The only thing I would change is my job! I was enjoying it but it has run it's course and things are happening that are really upsetting me. It has made me realise that I am just a doormat to some people and it isn't appreciated when I go beyond the call of duty, it just seems to be expected now.
I would love nothing more than to hand my notice in and I am desperatly seeking new employment so that I can do this. In the back of my mind tho I am worried that maybe I am cutting off my nose to spite my face, but things have gone too far.
Apart from that, things (family, life etc..) couldn't be better :o)

I am gonna sound all girly and twee now but happiness tonight is getting a text message off a special guy who has found himself in a predicament and has the thoughtfulness to sneak me a quick message. lol ;)

Happiness is having the 'simple' things in life for me.

Being happy with hubby.

Being happy with partner.

Having a genuinely enjoyable career.

Being ok for money.

And EVERYONE i know being in good health.

Can't think of anything i'd like to change.
