Please can anyone recommend any distractions/diversions so I can get on with things today. My heart was broken last night.

But yeah, read a book, line up a film marathon, read the singles ad's and remind yourself how lucky you are, or, my favourite, put on a film youve watched loads of times before with the subtitles on and the volume down, read a book and listen to music!

Ask one of your girlie friends to book a holiday with you - doesn't have to be right away, possibly in a few weeks or months - and then you have something to look forward to!
Plus you get to shop till you drop before and come back looking tanned, feeling relaxed and with a clear mind.
In the meantime maybe try writing a letter to the person who broke your heart (not with the intention of giving it to them!) just so you can get everything off your chest - I always find that helps. Then if the mood takes you, you can tear it to shreds afterwards!
