whats the best way to get rid of hair static??

Shave your head ... it's a sure fire way! Sorry couln't resiat that one. Sreously static is probably being generated as you cloaths rub together. Static formed in this was is often due to man-made fabrics...try a 'cotton' day an see if you have any problems. It might also be due to using a plastic comb ... try a different comb.

Using conditioner seems to make my hair less static. Probably leaving it to get dirty and greasy would work too!

Conditioner does stop static ... but if you do get static after you have washed your hair then give it a light spray of laquer ... that works too.

Earth your self. Really, touch the earth. or bare metal part of a radiator pipe, water pipe.
