Kidney infection or tss

i was on my period and i had been out for a drink when i woke up my tampon was no where to be found. Not sure if i had took it out or not in the night club. About a week later i had sex which resulted me having to get the morning after pill ,about 2 days later i started getting lower back pain. i have been on my period since and i bled more lightly than usual i came off a week ago. the past 4 days on and off mainly on a night ive had chills, headache, feeling a bit chesty and ive have still got my back pain. From last nite i have had a pounding headach and it wont go.
