i have just been watching Trauma on bb1. But it has really upset me. I always get emotional with this programme now after a number of close friends and relatives have died suddenly. I know people might say oh well dont watch it but i like the programme and didnt realise some of the people would have similar incidents to those i knew.

Thank you for a very honest answer ward minter. Well my dad is kinda like that in terms of not crying but he does do it now and then. I just do it a lot as get very emotional easily when certian things are brought up.

Anyway the loss of relatives and friends reminds us just how fragile life is, and it is quite scary.
no theres nothing wrong in that hun,i watch things and cry as it brings things back to me about my dad.
steve, you must never, ever be afraid to cry, I am a 6ft building worker and I am not ashamed to say I cry, why shouldn't we be able to show we care. Ray
