Wrinkly fingers

For some bizarre reason, over the last week or so, my finger tips have become slighlty wrinkled a bit more tender than normal, anyone have any ideas what could have caused this?

I dont know, but I noticed I'd got wrinkly fingertips and realised I hadn't had a drink in ages so put it down to dehydration!
