Do you get on with your neigbours?

Serious question from me here.
We do not have neighbours as such but the people that live a few meters away do not like me and think I slept with their daughter.I try to avopid them whenever I can.My other neigbour thinks I am really sweet.I read that only 50% of people get on with their neigbours.

Mrs L and I live in a fairly quiet town in Essex, And we get on fantastically with all our neighbours, and if, on occasion, a dispute has arisen, we've sat down over a cup of tea, and talked through it, we really need a bigger place, but because the neighbours are so good, Mrs L won't move.
