i've been like this all week.i'm absolutely shattered but when it comes to actually going to sleep at night time i find myself laying there for ages.feel like i've had 10 cans of red bull when i haven't even had so much as a cup of tea all day!!!! does anyone else get this? if so any ideas why this happens and how to get over it?
not whilst i'm in bed.only that i really wanna go to sleep but can't!?have got couple of major things i need to sort out but i wouldn't say i'm worrying bout them, especially not at bedtime.
Yeah I get this too sometimes, knackered til you go bed and can't sleep! I just fall asleep on my settee with tv, beats going to bed and lying awake for hours! Not sure if mine is cos of bad sleeping (settee) habits or bit of stress at work, best thing i've found is to exercise a few times a week til you're knackered. Seems to sort out the sleep later on that night. Good luck.
