Good morning everyone. Glad to hear you all had a nice weekend. :o)

I am eating strawberries at my desk. (Our office puts out fresh fruit every morning). Its someone's birthday today too so we will have cakes put out later. I won't need to buy lunch today.. :o)

I am busy busy busy but clearly not so busy that I can't pop into AB.... :o)

i'm having a day off (again) - and i think i need it as the weekend was filled drinking and dancing and drinking again then sitting still going "eeeerrrrrrr" the day after...
on saturday i went and danced happily with all the pride boys and girls at brighton pride - top day out!

I spent the weekend de-toxing. I mostly ate melon & strawberries. This morning I can sh1t through the eye of a needle...sorry :o(

It's been overcast & muggy, and it's the same today. I have the day off & plan to take the kids to the park a little later followed by a maccy dees. Why did I bother with the detox?

Sorry Ward..it's what one of my children calls McDonalds! I won't be partaking, I have decided on a poached salmon sandwich from M & S. The kids can eat the garbage, for a special treat ;o)

Thanks for that great info Pippa! Its certainly made me think that the fruit salad I am now eating will be coming out in great fashion! Lol

Oh I know Ruby..but the kids like it and I don't allow it very often! actually they prefer Wimpy ~ so I may just change their minds for them ;o)

Oh me too, Ward. Unfortunately our BK turned into a Top Man or something equally disgraceful.

The closest thing we have is Uncle Sams or Wimpy. I like Wimpy as you get a china plate & cutlery.
