If you go online to Google and key in your county police force ie Cambridgeshire or wherever, then they have a main number where you can call them and make a complaint.I would just hound and hound them till they take you seriously and say if any of your family get hurt then it will be on their heads.

After the recent high profile stalking case conviction I can't believe that the your local police arn't taking action. I would find out who the Chief Constable of your local police force is and write to him personally, logging every detail of your complaint. Keep details and times. It may be possible to have an Anti Social Behaviour Order served on her if these incidents continue.
Or you can contact your MP (via the website www.writetothem.com) who will identify your MP for you and ask for his assistance in getting the police to take your case seriously. If she has caused damage to property and sent you a funeral wreath, something needs to be done about her.
