I keep injuring my hamtring while playing football, i stretch and warm up thouroughly but i still seem to get pulls. At the moment the muscle is not pulled but i feel like i can't sprint at full pace or the muscle will ping!!

Why does this keep happening?

Is it because the muscle is not very strong, i have been told this and have tried to strengthen the muscle, i will continue to do this but was wondering i anyone had any advice on how i can carry on playing while i'm doing this?

you mean hamstring dont you ?
The simple answer is rest,it will never heal if you don't rest it,if it persists you may require surgery but a quick visit to the doctor will eliminate other possible causes, please pop round to the dr,But it sounds to me like you need to lay off the footie for a while,Ray
