Who has the best voice that has been gritted up by cigarettes? I'm gonna say Marianne Faithfull.

I'd say Tom Waits, although it wasn't only cigarettes in his case! ;-) But a radical change in voice over the years, that's for sure! Now that should put me off smoking....
