Try anti-inflammatories (Ibuprofen) instead of paracetamol as they reduce inflammation and swelling. You can still take them even with the paracetamol.

DO NOT TAKE ibuprofen when you have high blood pressure
Question Author
im very heavy today, boobs much better thankgod i can still feel bit of pain but can cope with it today.cheers for the help
Ibuprofen may be taken when you have high blood pressure, but may interfere with the action of some anti-hypertensive drugs. I f you are on antihypertensives and are worried about taking an NSAID talk to your GP or pharmacist. They will advise that they are ok to take in the short term for acute pain, but should not be used in the long term. Just incase that previous post made you panic. x
Question Author
thanks to everyone who gave me help, today im much lighter and my boobs are ok,thankgod for that xx
