it is really really hurting me and the hospital say can't do anything but rest and take painkillers, in the short term would a voddy and coke dull the agony?

poor you dot...i have broken my toes so many times and its such a pain that nothing can be done!!! although i think a wee "where there's blame there's a claim" phonecall may help matters....oh and about a dozen voddy and cokes!!!
