Hi Sue,
I have read with interest this story, and from what i have read its difficult fto feel any sympathy for this man.
One of the tabloids reported that he did it out of pure anger, and outrage from the fact that his wife had told him that she wanted a divorce. The holiday in greece was to try and make their marriage better and have a new start as it was on a very rocky road.
The thing that upsets me about this man , is that he was drunk and an argument broke out and in his anger, he took the little boy (his son) out of his bed whilst asleep and threw him over the balcony first, then grabbed the little girl and jumped with her in his arms, hence why they survived and the little boy died.
IM not sure if he was depressed as ive not read anything of that kind, however, he did have a very troubled family background with blood relatives..... but no matter how depressed anyone is, surely you dont involve children in this kind of things with a moment of madness. So in that respect i have no sympathy for him.
I believe that he should be sent to prison and on constant suicide watch, as for him to be given the easy option and to nw try and kill himself is the easy option for this man. He should be made to suffer and be reminded that an innocent child - his own son - has died tragically due to his actions.
Its time for John Hogan to suffer and continue to do so in my opinion...
sorry if my views offend, but we all have a right to comment.
