Waxing would be good for facial hair as it would grow back thinner .bleaching and electrolysis could b done but electrolysis is a bit pricey and bleaching can cause irritation on the skin

You can have something done which is called threading. Its very common in the asian community. I have a mate who gets it done regular because she is soo dark haired.
