does freederm really work

ive always had perfecto skin but in the last 3/4 months i keep getting really stubborn spots around my mouth and a couple on my cheeks that go flat then fill back up (ewww) does freederm work.

ive tried everything (i think what can i doooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo)

pls help

I applied for a free sample for my teen daughter before forking out nearly �9 for the full size tube. Admittedly it was a very small sample that we got, but she used it for a few nights and there has been no visible difference, but that could be because there wasn't enough to use for long enough. However we have just bought a tube of Clean and Clear Quick treatment wash (I think that's what it's called) from Sainsburys for �4 and already after 3 days her skin is looking better. I personally would save your money.
