blue dyes do have a tendancy to go green very very quickly ... there dosent seem to be any permanent blue dyes on the market that you put on op of bleach that last at all. I have been wanting electric blue highlights for a while now, and cant find a hairdresser that can manage it.
If its only a few you want, how about some of those that you stick in?
