Acrylic Nails!

I am a beginner at acrylic nails and have managed to put them on a couple of times, however, i have noticed that they are lighter round the edge and look like they will just peel off. Could anyone please tell me what i am doing wrong to get this bad result.

my daughter is a beautician and says that if the nails are lifting make sure you're applying dehydrator and stick primer before you put the acrylic on. Two or three weeks afer application, lifting is normal.

Yes, they are beggining to lift. To be honest with you, from your question, it doesn't sound like you have been taught to an acceptable standard. I think if I were you, i'd be straight back in touch with whoever trained you. Good luck. It takes ages to be able to do them well anyway!
