At what point in the day are you your real height? When I get out of bed and take a height measurement can that stan as my height?

You decide. Nobody's going to argue with you -- unless they get suspicious and doublecheck, taking you by surprise and ordering an independent height check at another time of day. Then you'll have some explaining to do! (Seriously - the difference isn't enough to make a fuss).
