can anyone tell me if there is any medical evidence to support the fact that these two really work?

i'm pretty sure there is. doctor's can actually prescribe both of these on NHS prescriptions and the NHS are pretty tight on whether the medicines provided at cost to the NHS are effective before they are allowable on prescriptions.
