Morning Sam, hope you had a great bank holiday. :-) The being back in bed sounds good to me. I had about 3 hrs sleep Saturday and Sunday night so last nights sleep just wasnt enough.

I mainly listened to the reading festival, caught up on correspondence, did some writing, read and went swimming a couple of times so was all quite chilled really. Unfortunatley my insomnia is back again (have had on/off bouts for a year now) so I'm here in body but spirit is well and truely tucked up in bed!
