Why?

Hello, why does it seem a question can only be answered once. I have seen many questions answered with "I don't know" rendering the post useless and time wasting.

I am new to this website and can't seem to answer questions that have already been answered but incorrectly.

Questions can have hundreds of answers! Why do you think they can only be answered once?

Get in touch with the technical team if you cant anser questions. There is a bit in red that says "contact us"

Oh I cant help you there sorry, I dont have the adverts catagory on mine. Have you tried to answer other questions in other catagories? (except this one obviously lol)

Are your answers very long? Sometimes an error message is given.
What exactly happens why you try to post answers?

Sorry, but I am with mycats - I am confused too. There is a 'post an answer' under both the question and the last of the answers if there is any. Clicking on these brings up the 'type your answer here' box and when you are ready press the submit button.

Incidentally, your URL's did show and I was able to click on them to open them in a separate window.

Hi all, it's not my browser, it's my Norton Internet Security.

Does anyone know how I can change it from not displaying the 'Post Answer' link. What sites do I need to enter so that it displays?

i still cant understand how you can answer on here and nowhere else?
Is it just adverts you cant answer on? Norton usually just refuse to show the advert section as an option.

yes it appears that it's just the advert section. I'm guessing it's confused because it sees the word advert so hides it for me. I'm not turning the feature off for this website as it's very useful and cleans up all my windows. There is definitely a way of entering an address to not block though. I'll just enter theanswerbank into it.
