following from the post earlier !work!. i feel like i hate evryone around me im miserable and so fed up with life! as i said my job is getting me down - but i dont no if it iss just the job or other things. im getting really snappy and i just want to be at home all the time in bed! im getting really lazy too. thanks
p.s i no i will have to see a doctor to confirm this but thought id see what suggestions you came up with
go to the doctor - you sound like you are depressed. But then if you hate your job, that is probably making you depressed! try to make a friend at work to moan to - having an ally at work can make all the difference.
But I get bouts like that and you seem like quite a happy girl more times than non. I dont think this is depression at all I just think you need a change. Going to docs wont help, they just try put you on prozac which is no good.
Ah babe I don't think you're depressed - I just think it's work getting you down. 4getmenot is right, the doc will just put you on happy pills which aren't good for you. I really don't know what to suggest about the work thing cause I know what a sticky situation you are in.

Miss Sam - Don't wallow in this, do something about it. Make the changes, if you are unhappy in your job go out and find another one. I read your post earlier, don't worry about the course, there will be another. I don't think you are depressed, just in need of a life change. Please do not go and get pills for depression, it will not help you. Positive action is what is needed here. Amara xx
You definitely sound depressed. Your job could be a major contributing factor but there are probably other niggling issues as well which is why you can't quite blame it all on work. You could do with making a few changes in your life, Sam. It'll refresh you and give you a better outlook on life. Change your job for starters, relocate your furniture in your house and get yourself a new haircut or something. See if that makes you feel a bit better. If it does, then you can go from there. Why is everyone always so quick to put things down to illness/depression etc these days. Most of the time it is just another way of shifting the blame from yourself.
Life is what you make of it. If you don't like something but don't do anything to change the situation and just sit there feeling sorry for yourself then obviously nothing is going to happen and you will just feel worse.
Decide what you can do to change the situation, be positive and just get on with it.
Maybe instead of spending so much time on here everyday, do something constructive and find another job... just a thought.
Sorry if that sounds harsh but I've had enough today of people moaning about problems without offering up any solutions or things they can do to overcome them, it really does my head in!
