Has anyone read The Journey by Brandon Bays? I just wondered what other people made of it. And if they took the 'process' any further.... I know this should maybe be in Art and Lit, but I reckon it's very much a 'Body and Soul' issue.

It's all based on a variant on Neuralistic Programming Language, a widely-used New Age concept. May I suggest you research this concept before committing yourself. Wikipedia has a basic article.
