Fellow sufferers, any advice on prevention of symptoms whilst travelling?

Don't eat immediately before travelling, no coffee, tea, coke, alcohol. You'd be surprised how much of it is actually due to stress so take some Calms the day before and then couple of hours before the trip. You can try and take some Entrocalms also, just in case. If you get hungry it's best to eat less and often then a lot in one go. And then just try and get comfortable.
If i have to travel anywhere i take an imodium before hand,being doing that for years on and off,gp suggested it ages ago been doing it ever since,swear by it!!

Thank you electricblue & justsia, they seem very practical measures. Thank you also tictactoe, guess I will have to get my studying glasses on, first look shows a wealth of information .
Jayemcee, sorry I made my usual mistake I put 'then' instead of 'than'. I hope you understood what I meant tho' (should eat less and often, rather than loads at once, you know...)
