I'm going away in eleven days - it's a beach holiday... I have started walking 4 miles a day, and doing situps in the evenings. I'm drinking a lot of water and eating loads of fruit. Any other quick tips? The thought of wearing shorts and bikinis is so so scary! XX

also try power walking when you go out. you will look a bit of a dork, but its a really effective way to boost something you are already doing.
