Puffin Shoes

Does anyone know why my brother wears puffin shoes? I'm new to this so appologies if I'm not using the right terminology.

They are black shoes that look like the faces of puffins. why does he wear them? they look absurd.

I used to have slippers that looked like tiger feet. I liked them so i wore them, simple as.

Has he got extremely large feet, therefore needing to wear shoes only designed for clowns - hence the puffins?

Not particularly. the front of the shoes look like puffin faces. sometimes he wears chino's which looks gash also.

When he wears Chino's does he sometimes run around immitating 'Chico' from X-Factor singing:

I am sure that there is something that you wear that he doesnt like? Like your pin up trousers or nappy hat?
