Permanently straight hair
4 Answers
Hi there I have naturally curly hair but fancy a change. There is a system called Yuko whereby you can permanetly straighten it for the (tiny) cost of around 300. at the hairdressers. Has anyone tried this? Were you happy with the results? Many thanks.

They said because i had so much hair it would ruin it and i would regret it. If i was you i would ask your hairdresser their advice as they know your hair and whether it will take to it or not. If you do have it done let us know how it went because I am still interested in having it done but i'm a bit scared!!! lol x
I too have curly pathetic ringletty hair (do you get the fact I don't like it?). Unfortunately my hair is very fine and not much of it, so I guess the system wouldn't suit me either as no others have, plus part of me likes the fact that although my hair is curly if I take the time I can make it go straight. I have more options than those with dead straight hair that won't curl at all. However, the frizz does my head in when it starts!
But yes let us know if you get it done.

i have very curly hair also (hence my username :-)) i have asked numerous hairdressers about this - they all said that it would ruin my hair, and also it would still grow curly, so i would have staight hair with curly roots - i thought that this may look quite strange so i opted out and bought some ghd's instead!!
