Do you possibly mean anaemic? That's lack red blood cells-get some iron in yer. Someone who is 'anaemic' is suffering from 'anaemia' if you want to look it up on google.

Cheers my friend has just been asking me what it is as he is currently suffering from suffreing from not being able to sleep this has currently been going on for 3 months and we are trying to find out if their is a under lined problem
If you mean anaemia, it is not a disease per se, but rather a symptom/sign of an underlying process.

For example, the finding of an iron-deficiency anaemia in anybody not of child-bearing age (i.e. menstruating) should be thoroughly investigated for cause - e.g. chronic blood loss. It's not as simple as taking a few iron tablets.
