Come on 'ere, play World of Warcraft, watch TV, but got to admit my fave (when Mr Boo is working nights) is taking food, doesn't matter what and a good book and lolling in bed for hours reading and scoffing away.

I usually get hold of my laptop, make sure I'm sitting comfortably, then thwack it as hard as I can against my head - works a treat! :o)

I don't really get bored, I am the king of lounging with tv, music, food, net, alcohol! But if that's no good, the local is 50yds up the road!

Cook a nice meal for myself, rent some good DVD's and huddle up under a blanket on the sofa... very relaxing and even better when its pouring outside.

i only see my darling husband about 3 days a month. i get bored a lot in the evenings. i keep a note pad and write down songs from everywhere i go..radio, pubs, clubs, mtv, the box etc and download music a lot...i have a great collection. i also write down things of interest that i can research on the web...eg: i recently researched the plight of the women of afghanistan which was horrific...i then researched some art and local history...the list is endless and gives you some great topics of conversation when in varied company...if you're into that.....oh, and there's also internet shopping..xmas is coming!!

Phone everyone I know one after the other and find out what they have been up to! No big phone bills now as I've signed up to get free landline calls up to one hour (then hang up and call back) for �20 a month no matter what!

Or....

You could get a few bits and bobs together and sell them on ebay?
