im 15 and thinking of getting my lip pierced for my 16th bitthday.
i was just wondering if you had to be over a certian age to have it done?

I think the age for piercing is 16 anyway.

I think that you will need your parents to sign the paperwork to allow it, unless you go to a very dodgy piercer.

Hi answers2424, you should have no problem once you are 16. i got my lip pierced last year when i was 16, and there no problem. The age for getting piercings done tends to be 16 anyway, unless its ear piercing then they tend to do any age..

make sure you go to a good piercer though, make sure everythings clean and everything in there and it'll be fine! :-)

if they would maybe get one of your parents to go with you incase the piercer things you are younger than 16, or if you have any take some ID with you.
