Ebay/Paypal

I was wondering if someone could help me out with a bit of a problem I'm having with my Paypal account.
I sucessfully made a bid on an item but when It came to paying for it my credit card transaction was rejected by Paypal (that was my own fault as I'd asked the bank to reduce the credit limit on it and I'd forgetten).
It said on Paypal that I could use another credit card, which I have but I don't know how to go about it. I was under the impression that you could only use one credit card on Paypal. I haven't used ebay for some time as you can probably gather and I'm getting myself into a right tiswas because I don't want mess the seller around.
Any help would be most grateful. Thanks.

Yes you can register several cards with Paypal. I used to have 4!

Sorry pressed enter before I'd finished! Sign in to Paypal go to profile and credit cards and you can add as many as you like!
