Losing weight is not about calorie counting, it is about maintaining a constant blood sugar level and speeding up the metabolism. The weight will fall off you. so you eat slow release good carbohydrates ie porridge oats for breakfast, brown rice, wholewheat pasta, brown bread (if you are not yeast or wheat intolerant), eat with good protein, ie lean chicken, fish, tofu or quinoa. Eat lots of fresh veg, potatoes only every other day if at all. Eat fruit as a snack mid morning and afternoon. Eat oily fish twice a week.
