I would like to change my GP, is this possible? Can I change the practise? How do I do this?

I'ts been a good few years since I've done this due to a house move, but if I remember correctly, you go to the doctors you'd like to be a patientof , tell them what you'd like to do and they take it from there.

I think it's just a simple case of your old doctor transfering your notes to your new doctor.
Thats it BOO I just done it myself.
I think it's a bit more complicated these days .You have to get in touch with your primary care trust or regional health authority. This may give you some more info
