Ok the baby is very premature but obviously the Drs told them that he was stable and unlikely to befall anything nasty and they went ahead. They are with their baby now and doubtless very excited as well as worried about him.I don't see that'll make them bad parents tbh and I hope they all have long and happy lives.
I dont think any doc would have said that about a 3 month old premature baby. I think the woman has said that in her story so people dont criticize her. But I havent criticized her, I wasjust answering redcrx question and the majority of people wouldnt be able to leave a newborn premature baby :-)
I wouldn't be able to leave my newborn baby (if I had one!!) for that long whether it was premature or full term. The thing I can't get over is that they went to the reception. If they had just gone to get married and returned straight back to the hospital then fair enough but the fact they went and partied the night away while their poor little son was wired up to machines is unbelieveable.
Think their priorities need to be adjusted slightly!!

Having read the article again I note that the mother-bride is both plucky and brave, so I would assume Daily Mail readers would approve. None of this wasting tax payers hospital beds malarky.
Although they were assured the 1lb or so baby was fine, it does seem to me to be rather insensitive, I am sure the wedding guests would have understood.
