I noticed these tablets were recommended in Take a Break magazine's beauty pages. Have you tried them? Do they really work?

i haven't tried them, but i am wowing everyone with my very dark tan, by using Helley Hansons spray tan. You can get it in Superdrug or Boots for around �9.99.

Im not exaggerating. I am darker than Nelly Furtado. I mean, im already olive skinned and i cant believe how dark its got. Its like ive been sunbathing. I dont normally like self tan but this is good. Ive heard that tablets can turn you orange, but ive always wanted to try it.

I think the tablets turn your eyes orange too-not a good look!

I'm very pale, so I don't normally tan at all, so i'm just wondering. Anyway, think I should just stick with the bottled stuff! Thanks for both replies.

I tried another make and the palms of my hands turned bright orange so gave up.

Anyway, if you did want to go orange, just eat loads of carrots (seriously!)

I use the Holland and barrett ones and end up a really deep brown - not a hint of orange!

I highly recommend them!
