I have the perfect opportunity to go out and have fun tonight but didnt get much sleep last night, was awake every hour etc. Boyfriend is going out with a mate and says I should too as I dont go anywhere usually.
Anyone got any tips on waking myself up?

I�m sure they�ll be other nights to go out. Even if you have to leave the boyfriend on his own, don�t just make him going out the only chance you get to go out.
I'd go out and have fun, you'll have the rest of the weekend to catch up on sleep. Try and grab 40 winks if you can (set an alarm), you might feel slightly groggy when you wake up but jump in the shower, have a coffee or coca cola, go out, have a great time and sleep in tomorrow.
I BET if u dont go out, you'll be sitting in doors tonight bored stiff thinking - "i wish i was out with the girls now, bet they're having a right laugh!"
You sound like you need a bit of motivation for this night out as you don't do it very often. So force yourself to make the effort. Really go for it when dressing up for the occasion too. You'll find that once you're out and about you'll really perk up.
You just need to get back into the swing of socialising, that's all.
I quite like going out when I'm so tired I didnt really wnat to go. Listen to the wonder years on the way home, and you'll be rearing to go. A shower will perk you up a bit -have a vodka red bull to start and have a fab night!
Thanks girls for the advice. I think Ill have a nap and then see how I feel. Its a new club on Worthing seafront - the opening night - so could be good! (Ill try this time not to fall over and sprain my ankle) lol
disco nap, hot shower, b vitamin tablet or berroca and you will be fighting fit in no time. You will only regret it if you dont go tele is rubbish on a friday
