Reoccurring Cold Sores!!!

I keep getting cold sores! I get one but by the time its healed and gone away another one pops up in its place! Any ideas on what may be causing them, and any tips on how to prevent them??Heeelllppp

There does not seem any specific reason to cause them, but sod`s law says they will come at the wrong time so maybe there is an underlying stress reason. I now keep a tube of Superdrug Lip & Cold Sore cream in the fridge and apply it at the very first tingling sensation. At least this has kept me clear of the nasties.

i take vit c with zinc and that seems to worked i haven't had one for i think at least a year now

Vitamin C works like a treat.
Start taking it NOW, making sure you buy one that is the highest dosage.

you know that cold sores are a form of herpes. Anyway are you sure these are cold sores? Sometimes it can be impetigo

If so go to docs they will put you on antibiotics, all gone :-)
