PLASE TAKE NOTE....the lagality of any of these wills all depends on which part of the wolrd you are situated in.....Assuming you are based in the UK then the link above is fine Provided you are in either Wales or england..it is not needed in Scotland however merely write your wishes out fully on a piece of paper and have it witnessed by two independent witnesses (i.e. not beneficiaries) and place it where it can be found when you kick the bucket...In Northern Ireland go to a solicitor it's a minefield of complications.

It doesn't matter where you are ... its far better to see a Solicitor. Many problems are caused by homemade wills ... you may know exactly what you mean but have you worded it right. There are no second chances and having a will drawn up by a Solicitor need not be expensive but it can save money in the long run.
