carrots
corgetts
egg to bind
small bit of flour (cannot remember what sort it was)

Bind together and shape

Grill

Wrap in lettuce leaf.

It looked yummy, I thought also you could add red/green/orange peppers and or whatever else you like.

Thought I might try some soon.
