What was the advert?

Can anyone remember the advert with a guy in an office taking the mickey out of a Japanese client on the phone. He was talking like the Japanese guy. At the end of the advert the Japanese guy walks in on him. It was on tv probably about 5 years ago, but it stuck in my head because one of our sales guys always used to answer the phone in the same way ("herro") I really want to know how the advert conversation went.
