Does anyone know of a good excerise for firming the upper arm, I haven't got got arms by any means but the underneath bit at the top has gone all floppy. I swim once a week and go to a water aerobics class. Anyone got any good suggestions. Ta.

Then put your hands close to your sides and lift your body up. Straighten your legs, and move your body forward slightly forward. Straighten your arms until they will extend no further, then dip down, past the bench and raise yourself up again. This is a tricep-dip.
