No! I don't find it scary its pretty cool. I found it a bit scary to start off with. I nearly freaked out when I was out one day and a spirit was beside my friends bro who has downs syndrome. It was his & her grandfather's spirit I was seeing.

I actually enjoy contacting them!! They are harmless.
