It was the easiest thing I've ever done and I didn't use any form of nicotine replacement (patches, gum etc.) or hypnotherapy, acupuncture etc. My secret? Allen Carr's "Easy Way To Stop Smoking". I have to say that it's probably the best book I've ever read because of what it's done for me and I'm not the only one...... there are millions of people who've stopped thanks to his method. I probably sound a bit evangelical but I don't care cos if you really want to give up smoking I urge you to read the book - it will definitely help. I tried patches but the side-effects were horrible - vivid nightmares and a constant feeling like someone had punched me in the arm where the patch was. Apart from the huge expense as soon as I stopped using them I started smoking again.
I'm afraid I can't comment on your coil but I'd say it's a distinct possibility that the patches could at least be contributing to the dizziness and sickness you are experiencing if not causing them completely.
Congratulations for stopping smoking and I wish you all the best.
